Via Bloomberg: Manhattan Office Tower on Far West Side Sells for $1 Billion

Los Angeles-based CommonWealth Partners bought the 697,958-sq.-ft. building. Cove Property Group and Baupost Group sold Hudson Commons, a newly redeveloped office tower on the far west side of Manhattan, for $1 billion.
