EMEA Offices – The Great Polarisation November 2021

Office location and building-selection choices will increasingly reflect occupiers’ needs around hybrid working, ESG, technology and employee wellbeing – underscoring a growing flight to quality. Some cities are seeing a higher proportion of leasing deals done at, or above, prime levels; and vacancy increases mostly concentrated in lower quality office space. This is widening the disparity between prime and secondary office markets.
