SL Green Announces Acquisition of 450 Park Avenue – Audio version
SL Green Realty Corporation today announced that it has entered into a contract to purchase 450 Park Avenue. Darcy Stacom, William Shanahan and Doug Middleton of CBRE advised on the transaction with the deal being worth $445.0 million.
